Meet the Owner

The journey of Bonsai Lex began with a scene from "The Karate Kid" that ignited a lifelong passion. Completely self-taught through years of research, experimentation, and dedication, what started as a fascination with these miniature trees grew into an extensive collection that eventually took over his entire backyard.

Through countless hours of self-study and hands-on learning, this backyard hobby transformed into expertise. On April 27, 2024, that passion became Bonsai Lex Nursery & Studio - a place dedicated to sharing the beauty and tranquility of bonsai with the community.
