This bundle includes three Juniperus chinensis ‘Itoigawa’, commonly known as Itoigawa Shimpaku. It’s a favorite among bonsai growers for its fine, bright green, scale-like foliage and naturally compact growth. It’s cold hardy, holds its color well, and responds beautifully to wiring and styling, which makes it a classic choice for traditional juniper bonsai.
Tree Type: Conifer / Evergreen
Each tree stands 8"-11" tall from the base, with a total height of 11"-14½" including the 4" pot. A bundle is a great way to start a collection or practice your styling on more than one tree, ready to be shaped into your next bonsai projects.
Please Note:
The photo shown is a representative example of our current nursery stock. The tree you receive may not be the exact tree pictured, but it will be comparable in size and quality.
Our team will personally select one of the best available trees from our nursery for your order.
Because bonsai are living plants, some leaf, flower, or fruit drop may naturally occur during shipping. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the health of the tree.
